Putting capital to work for real estate projects

Balestra Real Estate Debt was born of one conviction: real estate operators need partners able to understand their deals, decide quickly and keep their word.

The platform combines the real estate expertise of Balestra, a management company authorised by the AMF, with capital from funds managed by AB CarVal. Together, we plan to deploy up to €600m over three years in residential financing in France.

Developers, property traders and property companies get direct access to an experienced team, for senior financings from €2m to €20m.
